Resolume TouchOSC - Finally

after what seems like a billion years, my touchOSC ipad interface for resolume 2.x is finally done. i'll test drive it at the upcoming cyberpunk party on DEC23, where i'll be vjing.

revisited:

i jsut realised Resolumes effect slots have 4 parameters instead of 3. so i redesigned the whole thing & got rid of some of the clutter in the process:

20 Hz

20 Hz observes a geo-magnetic storm occurring in the Earth's upper atmosphere. Working with data collected from the CARISMA radio array and interpreted as audio, we hear tweeting and rumbles caused by incoming solar wind, captured at the frequency of 20 Hertz. Generated directly by the sound, tangible and sculptural forms emerge suggestive of scientific visualisations. As different frequencies interact both visually and aurally, complex patterns emerge to create interference phenomena that probe the limits of our perception.

touchOSC & Resolume 2

i finally got around to building the touchOSC layout for Resolume 2, now off to do the midi/osc mapping. i need to wrap my head around the whole routing OSC through PureData & midiyoke business.

or maybe i'll check out LoopBe.
